What you pay others, not us
Two costs are yours to control, and neither passes through us.
Meta's message charges
Meta bills WhatsApp conversations and calls to your own WhatsApp Business Account, at Meta's price. We add nothing on top and never handle that money.
AI model usage
A small monthly allowance on our shared AI keys is included. Beyond it, add your own Anthropic or OpenAI key and pay the provider directly.
Billing questions
- Is there a charge per team member?
- No. The plan is paid by the person who owns the organization. Everyone they invite into it joins free.
- What if I need more than 3 numbers, or more organizations?
- Write to us. We set a custom limit on your plan.
- How do I pay?
- By UPI Autopay, card or net-banking mandate through Razorpay. The plan renews each month until you cancel.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from Plan & billing. The plan runs to the end of the month you have paid for and then stops renewing.
- What happens if a payment fails?
- Everything keeps working for 3 days while the payment is retried. After that the organization becomes read-only: chats still arrive and can be read, but nothing can be sent until the plan is renewed. Nothing is deleted.
- Do you give refunds?
- A month that has started isn't refunded, except where a charge was made in error or the law requires it. See the Terms for details.
- Do I get a GST invoice?
- Yes. Add your GSTIN at checkout and each payment's invoice carries it.
