WA Desk · Team inbox

A shared WhatsApp inbox your whole team can work from

Connect as many WhatsApp Business numbers as you run and answer them all from one screen. Everyone sees only the numbers they have been given, and every reply lands in the same thread in real time.

What you get

All numbers, one inbox

Tick the numbers you want to see. The chat list, unread counts, calls and contacts all follow that choice.

Six roles, access per number

Owner, admin, manager, executive, restricted executive and viewer. Give each person exactly the numbers they handle.

Voice notes, photos, video, documents

Play voice notes at 1.5× or 2×, open photos full screen and download files. Media streams from Meta and is not stored on our servers.

Templates with a live preview

Create, submit and send approved templates with variables. The 24-hour window is checked before anything is sent.

Know every customer

Notes, saved attributes, where the chat came from, consent status and block controls sit in a side panel next to the chat.

Opt-outs and blocking built in

STOP and START are honoured automatically. Block on WhatsApp and the platform, or on the platform only, and the level is always shown.

How it works

  1. 1

    Connect your numbers

Link each number through your own Meta Business account. A guided checklist checks each step with Meta as you go.

  2. 2

    Invite the team

Add people by email or Google sign-in and choose their role and numbers.

  3. 3

    Reply together

Chats, calls and status updates arrive live for everyone who can see that number.

Team inbox: common questions

Can several people reply from the same WhatsApp number?

Yes. Everyone with access to a number works in the same shared inbox. Messages sent by one person appear for the others immediately.

Can I limit an agent to one number?

Yes. Access is set per number for every member. Someone given one number never sees the chats, calls or contacts of the others.

Do you keep copies of customers' photos and voice notes?

No. Media is streamed from Meta straight to the browser when you open it. Meta keeps media for 30 days, after which the inbox says it has expired.
